Clever Zone Return & Exchange Policy
At Clever Zone, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with our hassle-free return and exchange process.
A. Returns
- Rs : 100.00 will be deducted at the time of refund.
- We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
B. Non-returnable items include:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Gift cards.
- Underwear and other personal items for hygiene reasons.
C. Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
D. Exchanges:
- Exchanges are Chargeable at Rs : 120 only.
- We accept Exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date. If you need a different size, color, or style, simply follow our exchange process:
- Ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
- Select your desired exchange item, and we’ll ship it out once the original item is returned.
E. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- Contact us at addcleverzone@gmail.com with your order number.
- We’ll provide you with a prepaid return label for your convenience.
- Drop off the return package at any shipping location.
F. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
G. Additional Information:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
